The international streaming service Netflix has officially launched the advertisement support service.
According to foreign media reports, Netflix has started subscription with advertisements since yesterday, thanks to which users can now get the streaming service at a low price.
Consumers can now get cheaper packages of the streaming service for just $6.99, but some movies and TV series will not be available in these cheaper packages due to licensing restrictions.
Only available in 12 countries including Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain, UK and USA.
The main purpose of introducing these low-cost packages is to increase the number of users.
Remember that the number of Netflix users has been decreasing for the last two consecutive quarters.
The streaming service lost about two million subscribers in the first quarter of this year. Subscribers and faced a decline of almost one million users in the second quarter.
Now these cheap packages and the sale of advertisements are showing the house to generate new sources of revenue for Netflix.
It should be clear that according to the company officials. That all premium level content will not be available on this cheap plan.
However, he says there will be shows that account for 85 to 90 percent of Netflix viewing, including popular series like The Curran.
